The International Court of Justice (ICJ) delivered its long-awaited Advisory Opinion on the obligations of States in respect of climate change this week, on 23 July 2025.
During this seminar, Dylan Asafo (Auckland Law School), Rohan Nanthakumar (BlueOceanLaw), Professor Jackie Peel (Melbourne Law School) and Professor Margaret Young (Melbourne Law School) will discuss the ICJ’s Advisory Opinion and its implications for international law.
